The POSI Affiliate is an honorary category designed for undergraduate and postgraduate students in medicine, psychiatry, nursing, psychology, psycho-oncology, oncology, and other allied healthcare fields, as well as professionals working with cancer patients who do not meet the criteria for Active or Associate Membership.

Key Details for applying for being a POSI Affiliate:

• No fees will be charged for this category (POSI Affiliate).
• POSI affiliate status will be valid for a 3-year term, or less if the member completes post-graduate training and qualifies to become a member in a higher category, at which point the individual will need to reapply based on their continued commitment to the field.
• No voting rights will be granted under this category.
